When you make initial contact with us, we will help you define how you may benefit from the web in a complementary web strategy session. Then we will give you a proposal outlining how we can help, including quotes for cost and development time.

From here, you will be assigned one of our experienced Online Business Consultants who will manage your entire project and become your main point of contact.

This process is designed to leverage your time and ensure the project is completed within the specified timeframe.  In the initial strategy & design meeting we will talk in more detail about your requirements and our recommendations.  We use our unique 9 Step Web Strategy Process to ensure your online presence is utilised correctly and is a success. We like to spend sufficient amount of time strategically planning the website before starting development.

The strategy basically looks at two key components: 1) Getting targeted visitors to your site (people coming to your site looking for your service). 2) Converting visitors to solidified leads or customers (e.g. by making an enquiry, making a purchase, calling you directly etc).

To get targeted visitors to your site, we will look for opportunities to promote your site with specific search engine keywords and online advertising. We will also identify ways you can generate visitors with your offline marketing efforts.

Once we have a plan to get people coming to your site we will look at conversion.  At NBM we will get inside the head of your target market and then create the site that will best attract this market. In doing so we ask several questions, such as, What are your customers likely to be looking for on your site? What appeals to them and how can they be guided through the site?
