Goods and Services provided by New Business Media must be paid in full before they are delivered.
Refund Policy
If we receive a payment which is greater than the amount owing, you can contact us and request to have the excess amount refunded. By default, excess amounts will be left as a credit on your account. Any credit will be applied to your next invoice due.
No refunds will be provided for Goods and Services, however we stand by our work and our standard warranties apply.
