Kokoda Challenge 8 Weeks out

Things are heating up at NBM about the Kokoda challenge. We’ve been doing some individual training so far to prepare for the 96km "mammothon: but we decided that won’t cut it. We’ve put together a group training plan. Check it out, here:

Sunday 7th June 9am 30 Km Session

Wednesday 17th June 5pm Night Session

Sunday 28th June 9am 30 Km Session

Wednesday 8 July 1pm 10Km Session

Saturday 18th Sunday 19th July Kokoda Challenge
